Mahendra has 7 years’ experience in the social sector on grass roots level work. He has precise grassroots level skills and is given important responsibilities of the organization. He completed his Master of Social Work in 2015 from Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow. Mahendra is also Co-founder & Secretary of Badlav.
